1 - Delivery of the apartment to your arrival
The delivery of the appartment is from the 04.00 p.m. to ore 06.00 p.m. of the arrival day. If you delay we beg you to tell us

2 - Restitution of the keys to your departure
The apartment must be free within the 10.00 a.m. of the departure day in the same conditions found to your arrival, that is clean and in order.

3 - Number of people for apartment
The number of guests for each apartment is 6.

4 - Water, light, gas
C onsumptions of water, light and gas are inclusive in the agreed upon sum to the action of the contract.

5 - Laundry for bed e for bathroom
The laundry for bed and for bathroom is not inclusive but it is available only on your demand and it is separately paid.

6 - Animals
No animals in Antares Vacation's House.

7 - Rental to other people
The apartment cannot be rented to other people.

8 - Good behavior
We recommend to the guests to always have a good behavior in the apartment and with the near people.

If your booking is effected at least one month first the date of arrival
